Peter Knocke is a User Experience Strategist living NYC.
I work with organizations of all sizes to tackle the many challenges of the digital age. From bringing new products to market to creation of viable business models for years to come, I am able to bring my experience in business and design to help organizations execute beautiful, simple, and useful products, services, and experiences. I believe in honest management, sincere communication, constant innovation, and positivity.
Some of my past clients include: Whirlpool, GE, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, Nestle, Nutrisystem, Dow Jones, Fresh Direct, NBC, and Matter Unlimited.
Feel free to browse my Linked-In to learn about my specific experience. Work samples are available on request.
I love to develop and teach various workshops and courses in the areas of User Experience, Design, and Business.
I currently teach a 12-week User Experience Design Course at General Assemb.ly. Previously I've taught workshops at Huge UX School and NYU.
I am an avid mentor and always looking to help passionate people meet their goals.
I aim to share my thoughts and opinions as much as possible. I thoroughly enjoy speaking at conferences and events. Most prominently, I presented my talk Consume, Consume, Consume, to an audience of 600 at IxDA '11 in Boulder.
I am currently building out new presentations applying modern cognitive science and sociology theories to design and business.
